PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spare tire hanger suppressing any increase in the weight of steel plate while reducing the number of components and the mold cost. SOLUTION: The spare tire hanger 1 includes a front side hanger member 11, a rear side hanger member 12, and a spare tire carrier 13 for connecting the front side hanger member 11 to the rear side hanger member 12, and is bridged laterally between side rails 2 of a truck. The front side hanger member 11 and the rear side hanger member 12 are folded in an L-shaped section by the bender working of one plate. A surface along the vertical direction of the L-shape is wider than the surface along the horizontal direction, and ear parts 11c, 12c are formed on both end sides of the surface along the vertical direction. Bolt insertion holes 11c1, 12c1 for bringing the ear parts 11c, 12c into surface contact with web surfaces 2a of the side rails 2 to fasten the bolts are formed in the ear parts 11c, 12c.
