PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluorescent oligonucleotide probe which has high design freedom and high versatility. SOLUTION: The oligonucleotide probe forms a stem and a loop, and comprises at least one fluorophore as shown in formula (1) which is arranged between adjacent nucleotides of the stem and at least one quencher connected to a unit arranged in a region corresponding to the at least one fluorophore between the adjacent nucleotides of the stem. In the formula, X represents the fluorophore, R1 represents an alkylene chain whose carbon number is 2 or 3 and which may be substituted, R2 represents an alkylene chain whose carbon number is 0 to 2 and which may be substituted, and Z represents direct coupling or a linking group.
