PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for using mercaptoethane sulfonate-sodium (Mesna) to increase the solubility of Ifosfamide in storage-stable, concentrated and/or highly-concentrated (supersaturated) aqueous pharmaceutical preparations for parenteral administration as well as a process for their production. SOLUTION: The Ifosfamide of storage stabilized concentration is preferably prepared by using Mesna as a solubility increasing agent relating to the physical properties of Ifosfamide in a concentration range of about 10% (w.t/vol.) to 50% (wt./vol.).
