The indispensable application element for advertising messages provided before the call tone is a content distribution system 100 answering the incoming calls 200 issued from whatever provider. Said content distribution system is composed of a telephone centre 101, a subscriber’s information service 103, an advertising content selection server 102 and a content delivery server 104. The calls ofthe subscribers are received by the call centre 101 asking in turn the content selection server about the message to be reproduced to the user. In turn, the user’s information server 103 asks about the messages to be potentially presented to the user and gives the answers to the telephone centre 101. In the sequel, the centre 101 receives the advertising message from the message server 104 and itreproduces it on the user’s line. At the end of the reproduction, the user’s call is transferred back to the provider for completion. |
