<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an applicator in which a moderate amount of application liquid is maintained evenly throughout a wide range of a brush head by regulating supply of the application liquid thereto so that a liquid lump is hardly formed at the end of the tip part of the brush head. <P>SOLUTION: The applicator includes: the brush head composed of fiber bundles; a front shaft into which the brush head is inserted to be latched together; and a cylindrical part connected to the front shaft, for holding a content liquid therein.
