<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the improvement of reliability and cost reduction by eliminating the necessity for excessively taking large the current rating of a circuit element with a current flowing in the circuit element which constitutes a power supply device as a controlled waveform. <P>SOLUTION: The power supply device 1 includes: a unit circuit 2; a primary power supply 3 which supplies a DC voltage to the unit circuit 2; and semiconductor switches 4, 5 which supply rectangular wave voltages to the unit circuit 2. A capacitor 6 is connected between an input-side terminal 2T1 and an output-side terminal 2T2 of the unit circuit 2, and a cathode of a rectification element 7 is connected to the output-side terminal 2T2. An anode of a rectification element 8 is connected to the input-side terminal 2T1 of the unit circuit 2, and one end of a capacitor 9 is connected to an input-side terminal 2T4 of the unit circuit 2. Furthermore, one end of a first winding 10 is connected to an anode of the first rectification element 7, and one end of a second winding 11 is connected to a cathode of the second rectification element 8. The first winding 10 and the second winding 11 are wound around an identical-magnetism circuit, and terminals having mutually opposite in voltage polarity are connected to the other end of the capacitor 9. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
