<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system management method which can set up both directory service and a shared folder. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes an acquisition means for obtaining a personnel data including at least information for specifying an employee and information of an organization to which the employee belongs, from a database managed by other computer, the first registration indicating means for indicating registration of the organization, to the directory service managed by a domain server, using the information of the organization included in the obtained personnel data, in the domain server, a preparation indicating means for indicating the preparation of the shared folder for the registration-indicated organization, to a file server, the first registration means for registering the obtained information for specifying the employee into a company information database, and the second registration indicating means for indicating registration of a user, to the directory service managed by the domain server, using the registered information for specifying the employee, in the domain server. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
