<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adapter device capable of correctly mounting an LED fluorescent lamp in a lighting fixture for the LED fluorescent lamp, the LED fluorescent lamp having two terminals at one end which are connected to an internal circuit and two terminals at the other end which are not connected to the internal circuit. <P>SOLUTION: The adapter device 10 includes a first member 12 and a second member 14. The first member 12 is mounted at the other end 23 of the LED fluorescent lamp 24 where the terminals 26 not connected to the internal circuit 60 of the LED fluorescent lamp 24 are provided. The second member 14 includes a recess 38 into which the first member 12 fits. The second member 14 is mounted to a second protrusion 42 of the lighting fixture 40 to which a power circuit 68 of the lighting fixture 40 is not connected. When the LED fluorescent lamp 24 with the first member 12 mounted thereto is mounted in the lighting fixture 40 having the second member 14 mounted thereto, the second member 14 holds the first member 12 by causing the first member 12 to fit into the recess 38. The section of the first member 12 in contact with the LED fluorescent lamp 24 is isolated from the section of the second member 14 in contact with the lighting fixture 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
