PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode group for lithium ion capacitor capable of preventing short-circuit between a positive electrode plate and a negative electrode plate, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electrode group for lithium ion capacitor, and the lithium ion capacitor. SOLUTION: One end parts of first and second separators 4A and 4B, respectively, are fixed to an axis core 1 to start winding up. A negative plate 3 is inserted under the first separator 4A to start winding up the negative plate 3, and in the middle of winding up, a lithium laminate 20 for doping is inserted between the first separator 4A and the negative plate 3. Two sheets of dividing positive electrode plates 2A and 2B are inserted in this order between the first and second separators 4A and 4B with a predetermined interval in the winding-up direction so that the first and second separators 4A and 4B are directly overlapped on the lithium laminate 20 to wind up.
