PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrolytic capacitor, where connection to the anode (cathode) foil pieces of anode (cathode) lead tab terminals is achieved in a stable manner, while retaining the characteristics as an electrolytic capacitor. SOLUTION: One-side pressed terminals 18 are applied as first anode (cathode) lead tab terminals 11, 14 and further, the one-side pressed terminals 18 are connected to anode (cathode) foil pieces 3, 4, in such a manner that a position in a radial direction of a lead 18c is shifted inward after winding. One-side pressed terminals 18 are applied as second anode (cathode) lead tab terminals 12, 15 and further, the one-side pressed terminals 18 are connected to the anode (cathode) foil pieces in such a manner that a position in the radial direction of a lead 18c is shifted inward, after winding.
