PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water turbine which reduces its hydraulic pressure pulsation, vibration and noises while reducing its thrust. SOLUTION: The water turbine includes a runner 10 having a plurality of runner vanes 12 in the peripheral direction. Balance holes 21 are formed in the runner 10.
