PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clear-coated stainless steel plate which is fitted to surroundings, and has a high function such as high gloss, scratch resistance, fingerprint stain resistance, high productivity, and inverdal tone design property, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: In the clear-coated stainless steel plate, a chemically treated coating film comprises one or two kinds of aminosilane type film and epoxysilane type film, in the attachment amount of 2-50 mg/m<SP>2</SP>. The clear coating film comprises a thermosetting resin composition containing an acryl resin having a cross-linking functional group as a main component and a block isocyanate compound for crosslinking and curing the acryl resin, the thickness of the clear coating film being 1-10μm. The acrylic resin can contain a polyolefin-based wax, an amino resin, an organosilica sol, and an amorphous silica.
