PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent biting of a seat skin by a latching device due to entering of an skin edge of an opening into a slot of the latching device when the latching device is inserted and moved to latch a fitting. SOLUTION: Belt-like portions 32a, 33b corresponding to the U-shaped width of a fitting 2 extend from each terminal forming a non-sewn part 31 of a front-side skin 3a and a rear-side skin 3b. The belt-like portion of the front-side skin 3a bends from the non-sewn part 31 toward the front side on the inner surface side of the front-side skin 3a, and the belt-like portion 33a of the rear-side skin 3b extends toward the front side of a vertical shaft portion of the fitting 2. A trim plate 4 is sewn on the inner surface side of the rear-side skin 3b. An opening is provided by the non-sewn part 31 in which the belt-like portion 32a of the front-side skin 3a is provided on the upper side and the belt-like portion 33a of the rear-side skin 3b is provided on the lower side to be overlapped each other in an insertion movement direction X of the latching device 1.
