In an alternative embodiment, the concave part (2) is substituted by a plate comprising a tube section (5) that is fixed or pre-fixed by a binding join (6), can be coupled to the suction tube (4), and has an adhesive region (7) around the periphery thereof, covered by protective flaps (8).
