<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the load of a person engaged in intellectual property management business and to improve the efficiency of the intellectual property management business. <P>SOLUTION: An intellectual property information management system 1 includes an intellectual property information management device 10 for performing unitary management of intellectual property information, user terminals 2i (i=a, b, ..., n), and a computer network (intranet) 4 for connecting the intellectual property information management device 10 and the user terminals 2i. The system performs due date management and file wrapper management of self-owned intellectual properties and provides circulation, review, and approval concerned with the intellectual property operation of an invention section and an intellectual property section as a work flow.
