PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the discharge pressure of an ejector at a low pressure, to prevent reduction in exhaust steam inhalation capacity of the ejector and to improve the operation control of the ejector when exhaust steam discharged from a wort boiling iron pot is recovered only by the ejector and resupplied to the boiling iron pot.
SOLUTION: The exhaust steam e of the boiling iron pot 12 is sucked in the ejector 24 and discharged together with driving steam s from the ejector 24. The discharged steam (e+s) is supplied to a heat exchanger 14. The steam (e+s) is subjected to heat exchange with a wort b in the boiling iron pot 12 by the heat exchanger 14. Condensed water c condensed by heat exchange with the steam (e+s) is sent to a drain tank 44. The saturation temperature of the condensed water c is detected on the inlet side of the drain tank, the pressure of a drain tank vapor-phase part 44a is detected and a difference between the saturation temperature corresponding to the detected pressure value and the saturation temperature of the condensed water c is obtained. When the difference exceeds a threshold value, a purge valve 54 is subjected to PID control to release a noncondensing gas contained in the vapor-phase part 44a.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
