<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform photographing without fail even while a photographer is under the situation different from usual. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus includes: an imaging part 27 which can capture a motion image and a still image; and a control part 44 which is connected to a detection device 6 for detecting camera shake and performs first camera shake control corresponding to the motion image and second camera shake control, different from the first camera shake control, corresponding to the still image.
