<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a secondary whole roll for a tissue paper product, which enables operations to be stably performed by uniformly applying a chemical solution at a high speed by means of sanitary tissue paper with low paper strength and preventing, for example, the winding displacement of the whole roll and a break or paper cutting caused by contact embossing. <P>SOLUTION: This method for manufacturing the secondary whole roll for the tissue paper product includes: a lamination step 51 of forming a laminated continuous sheet S2 by stacking primary continuous sheets S1 in a continuous direction thereof; a chemical solution application step 53 of applying the chemical solution to the laminated continuous sheet S2; a slitting step 55; and a winding step 56 of coaxially winding the respective slit laminated continuous sheets S2. In the chemical solution application step 53, the chemical solution is applied to both the sides of the laminated continuous sheet S2 from chemical solution application portions 53A and 53B. In this case, the chemical solution is applied to the laminated continuous sheet S2 from each of both the sides of the laminated continuous sheet S2, while the amount of coating on the surface side of the laminated continuous sheet S2 facing a roller 54A by the chemical solution application portion 53A is set smaller than that of coating on the other surface side by the chemical solution application portion 53B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
