PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an operation error to a plant by an operator. SOLUTION: The diagnostic device is provided with a driving operation behavior database that stores a measurement signal for recording showing a temporal change of a past plant status amount for each predetermined category. The diagnostic device is configured: to extract measurement signal data for learning and determination showing a temporal change of the current status amount of the plant, to classify the measurement signal data for learning and determination into predetermined categories, to retrieve the driving operation behavior database on the basis of classified categories, to obtain the past behavior data showing the past operation behavior of the plant which is similar to the current operation behavior of the plant from the data shown by the measurement signal for recording, and to generate past operation behavior moving image generation data for causing the image display device to display a past operation behavior screen based on the acquired past operation behavior data.
