PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collective valuables storage device capable of solving problems with the storage and management of valuables based on the use of personal identification numbers, and preventing an IC card from being stored in a storage box by mistake. SOLUTION: In the collective valuables storage device 1, when a series of operations of performing selection of a storage box number and collection of biological characteristic data and perfectly locking the storage box is completed after a user sets an IC card 7 with a built-in RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag to be held in an IC card holding means surrounded by a frame portion 43 adjacently to a reader/writer 4 so as to be difficult to remove or unremovable, a lifting member 44 is raised to push up the IC card 7 out of the frame portion 43 so that it can be easily removed.
