PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple stirring method in a closed system, and a method for facilitating movement of a solid phase such as an ion exchange resin into a cell for optical measurement, in a solid phase spectroscopy. SOLUTION: The cell for optical measurement is mounted on a lid of this reaction vessel to be openable/closable, and a magnetic rotor is included inside, and a magnet is mounted on a side wall.
