PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prize ball supply device which can stably supply Pachinko balls regardless of a position or a shape of a prize ball tank set on the backside of a Pachinko game machine. SOLUTION: The prize ball supply device 2 includes: a body part 52 attached to a Pachinko bank installation via an attachment member 50; an action arm 54 rotatably attached to the body part 52, retained at a reference position in the figure by a biasing force, and configured to rotate to a predetermined action position abutting on an outer wall of the prize ball tank when the Pachinko game machine is closed against the Pachinko island; and a supply cylinder 56 through which a Pachinko ball can pass when the action arm 54 is at the action position and a Pachinko ball cannot pass when the action arm is at a position other than the action position. Further, an action arm extension member 58a for extending the action arm 54 is provided.
