Disclosed is an operation management device, an operation management method, and a program storage medium which shorten a time until an administrator identifies the cause of a failure when abnormality is detected from a plurality of servers. The operation management device comprises a failure detection unit (26) and an extension determination unit (27). The failure detection unit (26) subjects each of a plurality of devices being monitored which are connected to a common device to acquisition of measured values with respect to a plurality of performance indexes and to detection of performance indexes with abnormal measured values in each of the devices being monitored, as abnormal items. The extension determination unit (27) excludes the abnormal items detected in all the devices being monitored from the abnormal items in each of the devices being monitored and outputs the other abnormal items.
