<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity rental management server device, a commodity rental management method and a program for the commodity rental management server device, allowing efficient rental of a rental commodity. <P>SOLUTION: The commodity rental management server device receives rental reservation commodity information of the commodity whose rental is reserved by users from user terminal devices 31, 32 (S20), stores the rental reservation commodity information associatively with user information (S21), obtains area rental reservation commodity information wherein the rental reservation commodity information is totaled in each delivery area based on information about a delivery destination to the user of the user information (S22), obtains information related to a benefit imparted when the commodity is returned in each delivery area based on the area rental reservation commodity information (S23), and transmits the information related to the benefit to the user terminal device of the user corresponding to the delivery area (S24). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
