<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a foamed molding with a facing with excellent strength while being lightweight, and the foamed molding with the facing. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a foamed molding 40 with the facing, consisting of a foamed molding 31 and a fiber facing material 21 stuck on one face of the foamed molding 31, includes an extruding process of extruding a mixed resin containing a foaming agent and a thermoplastic resin to form a foamed parison 20; a clamping process of sticking the foamed parison 20 to the fiber facing material 21 by sandwiching the foamed parison 20 and fiber facing material 21 with split molds 13 and sealing, and sticking the facing inner wall faces of the foamed parison 20; and a suction process of sucking air in the split molds 13 for decompressing after the clamping process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
