PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binary system mortar composition suitable for construction application, free from a corrosive amine, and capable of bringing a characteristic advantageous about environment, health and safety aspects, irrespective of having a coupling characteristic same to the most-advanced epoxy-amine system. SOLUTION: This binary system mortar composition suitable for the construction application contains a resin component A containing a resin containing at least one norbornene group and curable with a peroxide, and at least one methacrylate containing compound, and a curing agent component B containing the peroxide and at least one thiol, at least one of the resin component A and the curing agent component B contains at least one inorganic filler, and the resin component A and the curing agent component B are spatially separated each other to restrain all the reactions before mixing the components.
