<p>The present invention discloses an issuing method and system for configuration information, wherein the method includes: when it is determined that the configuration information of Peer-to-Peer (P2P) network has been changed, a configuration server issues the changed configuration information to a peer node as a bootstrap node in the P2P network; the bootstrap node issues the configuration information to the other peer nodes except the bootstrap node in the P2P network. By the present invention, the configuration information of the peer nodes in the P2P network can synchronize with the configuration information of the configuration server in time.</p>
