摘要 <p>A short-flow preparation method for fine spherical titanium powder combines hydrogenation-dehydrogenation process with a radio frequency plasma fusion spheroidization process. In the method, the titanium hydride powder as raw material absorbs heat in the high-temperature plasma zone and quickly decomposes and dehydrogenates, and it cracks and smashes to produce fine titanium powder during the dehydrogenation process. By performing the method, the dehydrogenation process of the titanium hydride powder and the spheroidization process of the generated titanium powder are finished in one step by the plasma treatment, so that the short-flow preparation of the fine spherical titanium powder is realized. The invention shortens the production flow, improves the production efficiency and reduces the production cost. Furthermore, the generated spherical titanium powder has fine and even particles, a good fluidity, a high sphericity and low oxygen content.</p>
