PURPOSE: A switching apparatus for an active display device is provided to improve the electric reliability of the display device. CONSTITUTION: A switching apparatus for an active display device comprises two or more TFT which are connected in serial and a gate line which is separately connected with the two or more TFT. The TFT is made of oxide semiconductor as a channel. Zinc Oxide, Ga-In-Zn Oxide, In-Zn-Oxide, In-Sn-Oxide or Tin Oxide is used for making the oxide semiconductor.
