A bracket adapted to hold at least one blind track to a substantially vertical or horizontal surface such as a wall, ceiling, window frame, door frame, architrave, or the like. The bracket includes a mounting portion, at least one track receiving portion, and a rotatable member having at least one cam portion. The at least one track receiving portion is adapted to hold the at least one track therein, and slide relative to the at least one track when the bracket is in an unlocked state.
