<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling unit and an electronic apparatus, easier to perform maintenance. <P>SOLUTION: A movable lid 27 closing a slit 21h formed in a plate 21e as an opening facing an intermediate chamber has: a sheet member 27a openably closing the slit 21h from outside the plate 21e; and a grasp part 27b provided in the sheet member 27a, projecting toward an open side of the slit 21h. The grasp part 27b includes a knob member 28.
