PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that a correction to a blurred image is usually stopped, in case that a panning operation or a tilting operation is determined to be executed, to prevent a screen from being unnatural due to the blur-of-image correction made when the panning or tilting operation is executed, but the panning and tilting operations, which moderately change images, make the oscillation-derived blur of the image conspicuous. SOLUTION: A lens device, which is supported by a supporting body, includes a correction lens which corrects the blur of an image, a correction lens-driving part which drives the correction lens, an oscillation-detecting part which detects the oscillation of the lens device, and a driving signal-computing means which computes a driving signal for driving the correction lens. In this case, the driving signal-computing means includes: a detected oscillation-computing part which computes an oscillation signal on the basis of the output of the oscillation-detecting part; a panning and tilting component computing part which computes panning and tilting operation signals from information on the panning or tilting operations which is input from the supporting body; and a subtraction part which subtracts the panning and tilting operation signals from the oscillation signal.
