PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption for driving a pump by reducing a required lift of a cooling fresh water pump, in a fresh water system cooling system of a ship. SOLUTION: A fresh water system pressure circulation conduit L going around each floor in the ship and circulating upward/downward is divided into two systems, a lower conduit L1 going around a lower part in the ship and an upper conduit L2 diverging from the lower conduit L1 to go around an upper part in the ship. The cooling fresh water pump 13 is installed at a position near the bottom of the ship, and cooling fresh water is supplied to each equipment in an engine room 8 and its periphery by the cooling fresh water pump 13 via the lower conduit L1. An auxiliary pump 16 is provided for the upper conduit L2, and the cooling fresh water is supplied to air conditioners and other equipment 12 in an accommodation space at the upper part in the ship by the auxiliary pump 16 via the upper conduit L2.
