<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system to improve temporal resolution of computed tomography (CT). <P>SOLUTION: A computed tomography method includes: exposing a subject to X-rays while helically scanning; collecting data corresponding to an image of the subject; processing a portion of the data obtained simultaneously; weighting the processed data as a function of data collection timing; and reconstructing the image of the subject based on the weighted data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
