PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sun visor device for a vehicle superior in user-friendliness of an illuminating device and expanding a span of adjustable range of an illuminating position (illuminating direction). SOLUTION: In the sun visor device 1 for a vehicle including a sun visor body 4 movable among a stored position A arranged along a roof panel interior material 5 of the vehicle, a first light shielding position B deployed forward and arranged along a windshield 10 for shielding the light, and a second light shielding position C deployed sideways and arranged along a driver's seat side door glass for shielding the light, a light 12 is arranged on a lower surface 4a of the sun visor body 4 in the stored position A.
