<p>A two-component composition: (A) a polyol component containing (A1) one or more low molecular polyols of mol. wt. 60-160 g/mole, OH group concentration 20-25 mole OH groups per kg of low molecular polyol, (A2) one or more high molecular polyols, (A3) one or more light-fast aromatic amines, and (B) a polyisocyanate component containing one or more polyisocyanates. Independent claims are also included for: (1) a polyurethane gelcoat (PUG) obtainable by mixing a polyol component containing a light-fast aromatic amine with a polyisocyanate component, curing of the mixture at 120[deg]C over 1 hour, where the PUG is subjected to artificial weathering over 900 hours, in accordance with ASTM-G-53, after which the color shade change delta E was 6.5, preferably 3 at most (DIN 5033, part 4, and DIN 6174); (2) curing of the mixture under (A) and (B) above; and (3) a composite material including the gelcoat, e.g. a fan blade.</p> |
