PURPOSE: A powdered tea vending machine having a self cleaning function is provided to minimize generation of residues by fully dissolving powdered tea in a solution. CONSTITUTION: A case(8) includes an empty space formed therein. A plurality of tea supply units(6) supplies powdered tea. A discharge insertion hole(32) is coupled with a powdered tea discharge hole(4) coupled with a lower end of the tea supply unit. A water supply unit(1) includes a mixing part(3) and a distribution tube(12) for supplying the water to a nozzle(11). A heated wind supply unit(2) is coupled with the water supply unit. A front surface part(7) is coupled with a hot water supply unit(5) and the case by using a hinge.
