COATED CONDUCTOR WITH IMPROVED GRAIN ORIENTATION

摘要

PURPOSE: A coated conductor improved the orientation of particles is provided to get the buffer layer which essentially shows the extent of the texture of substrate by using the chemical solution deposition. CONSTITUTION: A layered structure for the coated conductor comprises the biaxial texture metallic board and a seed layer. The seed layer has the general equation (Ce1-yGdy) O2- δ in which y is 0<=y<=0.4 and δ is the balance of oxygen. The seed layer is evaporated in the top of the substrate. The further layer is evaporated on the seed layer. The further layer has -0.25<=z<=0.64 in which general equation La2+zZr2-zO7-z/2 or the La2+zZr2-zO7-z/2. La is replaced with one or more other rare earth materials selected from the group consisting of Sc, Y, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu.
