PURPOSE: A water storing block is provided to control the level of stream water and prevent river overflow since water is stored on a block and then permeates ground after a given time. CONSTITUTION: A water storing block comprises protruded ports(11), partitions(12), a block(10) and a water permeating material. The protruded ports are arranged at regular intervals widthwise and lengthwise. The protruded port comprises a plurality of first holes(111) for receiving rainwater. The partitions connect neighboring protruded ports. The partitions comprise water storing spaces(13). The water storing space stores rainwater for a given time. The block comprises a contact end(14). The contact end is extended from the edge upwardly and downwardly. The water permeating material stores and permeates rainwater. The water permeating material is filled in the lower part of the block. |
