PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for processing livestock-wastewater using electrochemical oxidizing reaction is provided to selectively process nitrogen and non-degradable organic materials in the livestock-wastewater and reuse chlorine remained in processing water. CONSTITUTION: A controlling bath controls the pH and the electric conductivity of livestock-wastewater by homogenizing the loading amount of contaminants. An electrochemical oxidizing reacting bath(300) processes the nitride, the non-degradable organic materials, and the chromaticity of the livestock-wastewater. A direct current power supplying unit(400) varies the current amount of a direct current according to the contaminant concentration of the livestock-wastewater.
