PURPOSE: A system for calculating the amount of contaminants of a movable road contamination source in real time by using a camera is provided to supply an automatic monitoring system which predicts traffic information. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing unit(100) photographs images of mobile units to generate road image information. A background image extracting unit(200) extracts a background image and a road moving unit image. A vehicle speed calculating unit(300) generates K value by information about the moving distance of the road moving unit image. K value is the largest. A vehicle information generating unit(400) generates vehicle information including vehicle type data based on the size and the outline of a vehicle. An emission quantity calculating unit(500) generates total driving distance information.
