PURPOSE: A vehicle passenger scalp optical treatment apparatus is provided to perform an efficient scalp optical treatment during driving a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle passenger scalp optical treatment apparatus comprises a heat sink, a light diffusion cover, a lens, and a video signal module. The heat sink releases the heat of a laser diode. The light diffusion cover(301) is equipped with a lens for diffusing a laser beam of the laser diode. The lens takes a photograph of the head of a vehicle passenger. The video signal module is composed of a video signal processor outputting middle coordinates data of the head image of the vehicle passenger.
