PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a broadcast wave relay station transmitting and receiving device which relays a broadcast wave, the broadcast wave relay station transmitting and receiving device enabling its circuit scale to be reduced and made inexpensive by sharing a plurality of reception systems and simplifying the constitution on the whole. SOLUTION: In the broadcast wave relay station transmitting and receiving device, a first frequency conversion section 2, an analog-to-digital conversion device 3, a digital-to-analog conversion device 7 and a second frequency conversion section 8 processes signals of a plurality of channels in block, and compensating sections 51 to 5N between a channel distributing section 4 and a channel combining section 6 processes the signals of the respective channels to eliminate the need to perform frequency conversion, analog-to-digital conversion, and digital-to-analog conversion individually for each of the channels like a conventional broadcast wave relay station transmitting and receiving device, thereby the broadcast wave relay station transmitting and receiving device can be made compact and inexpensive.
