PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carriage which is equipped with a recording head capable of simply performing a maintenance work etc., and a recording apparatus and a liquid jet apparatus which are equipped with the carriage. SOLUTION: A head unit 180 with the recording head 162 for ejecting ink is detachably attached to a damper unit 190 with a damper 191 wherein the ink to be supplied to the recording head is temporarily stored. Thus, since the head unit has only to be removed when the maintenance work for the recording head is performed, work for removing other components can be omitted, and the working efficiency of the maintenance can be enhanced.
