When one of cores (11,12) which have read a CPU power save driver (41) is enabled to transition to a power save mode, the core (11) notifies the other core (12) of transitioning to the power save mode and then turns off the power supply to itself (S03) . The core (12) receiving the notification creates a suspend image of an area 23 dedicated to the core (11) in the SDRAM (2), stores the image in some banks 231 of the area (23), makes the banks (231) to the self refresh mode, and turns off the power supply to the remaining banks 232 of the area (23) (S6). |
