PURPOSE: A producing method of Chinese stuffed pancake stuffing using red bean is provided to offer the effect of curing chronic nephritis, and to improve the health of users. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of Chinese stuffed pancake stuffing using red bean comprises the following steps: washing the red bean with cleaning water(ST1); inserting the washed red bean into a pot, and pouring water to boil the red bean(ST2); inserting the boiled red bean into a filtering net, and crushing the red bean with a spatula to remove skin from the red bean(ST3); mixing the obtained red bean filling with sugar, starch syrup, refined salt, and cinnamon powder(ST4); and vacuum concentrating the mixture for 20~30minutes until the sweetness of the mixture of greater than 70Brix(ST5). |
