PURPOSE: A chair having a bicycle-exercise function is provided to facilitate state conversion between a chair using state and a bicycle exercise state. CONSTITUTION: A chair having a bicycle-exercise function comprises a pedal unit, a length variable unit, a display unit, and a folding device. The pedal device part(200) can be rotated to the front and rear of a chair. The length variable unit(220) can adjust the separation distance between the pedal unit and a support pillar. The display unit is installed in a support unit expanded to the top of the pedal unit. The folding device(330) can fold or unfold the display unit.
