PURPOSE: A ship with an air conditioner is provided to maintain the temperature of an indoor space even if an air conditioning operation stops in an extremely low temperature environment. CONSTITUTION: A ship with an air conditioner comprises a suction unit(100), an air conditioning unit(200), a discharge unit(300), and a blocking unit(400). The suction unit sucks external air. The air conditioning unit processes the sucked external air to supply it to the indoor space of a ship. The discharge unit discharges the internal air from the indoor space. When the air conditioning unit stops, the blocking unit blocks the suction unit and the discharge unit from external air.
