PURPOSE: A vinyl film cutting apparatus is provided to stably maintain the cut part of a vinyl film open by cutting the film with a cutting blade that reciprocates horizontally, thereby improving the cutting quality. CONSTITUTION: A vinyl film cutting apparatus comprises feed rollers(10), a worktable(20), a cutting blade(30), a guide rail(40), and a press bar(50). The feed rollers transfer two folds of vinyl film(S). The vinyl film transferred by the feed rollers is settled in the worktable. A cutting hole(21) of certain length is formed on the upper side of the worktable in the width direction. The cutting blade protrudes to certain height and horizontally reciprocates through the cutting hole. The guide rail guides the reciprocating motion of the cutting blade. The press bar ascends and descends above the cutting hole in order to press the part around the cut portion of the vinyl film in the operation of the cutting blade. A bottom groove(51) is formed in the bottom surface of the press bar in order to secure a moving space for the cutting blade. |
