PURPOSE: A shelter guide apparatus and a method thereof are provided to be added separately to an imaging device, to be an image playing device using VOD received through an internal memory, namely a multimedia card and Internet, to automatically block communications through human body perception, automatic movements of emergency situation detected by a fire sensor and the playing imaging device, to automatically play a sheltering guide map and evacuation guidelines stored in an internal memory of a main body, and to automatically make announcement informing disasters such as fires through an inner speaker of a system for a predetermined time even in case of power off. CONSTITUTION: In a multimedia card(100), a first and a second shelter guide videos including shelter guiding information according to the Fire Service Acts are saved. In a voice storage part(200), a shelter guide voice recorded autonomously is stored, and the voice storage part is operated with the multimedia complementarily with each other. A sensor detection unit(300) generates a first and a second shelter guide mode signals based on inputs of human perception signals and disaster generation signals. A backup battery(600) stores a charged emergency power supply in the voice storage part, in the power outage due to disaster generations as a result of determining a power outage determining part. A controller(700) controls to play the first shelter guide video stored in the multimedia card on the basis of the first shelter guide mode signal for a firstly set up time, and to play the second shelter guide video stored in the multimedia card on the basis of the second shelter guide mode signal and videos received from Internet for a secondly set up time. A mode switching switch(800) connects the multimedia card or a multimedia player to an audio/video output device on the basis of existence of the first and the second shelter guide mode signals from the controller. |
